Quality drives everything we do and everything we manufacture. All components are engineered to the highest level in the quest for reliable performance.
Our wastegates and anti-lag valves have won races and championships since the 1980’s and continue to do so in todays increasingly competitive motorsports arena.
All components are designed by racers, manufactures by racers and used by racers.

A wastegate controls/regulates the boost pressure in a turbocharged engine in order to protect both the engine and the turbocharger.
An Anti-lag valve allows for the reduction of turbo lag or effective compression when the throttle is closed by diverting air to the turbine, thus maintaining turbine speed, or minimising the speed reduction of the turbine when the throttle is closed or partly closed.
This is a complex question without a definite answer. As with many things, there are numerous potential solutions.
We take into account the engine size, power output, max engine speed and boost level required.
With this information we can decide what is required and make a few suggestions.
We have many off-the-shelf products, all of which are listed on our website.
If you have a requirement for a specific solution which is not listed on our website, contact us and we will be happy to work with you to achieve your desired solution. This is a service that we offer all of our customers.
You will require a custom fabricated or adapted exhaust system to allow for the fitting of an external wastegate. We supply all rings and clamps with every wastegate as a matter of course.
If we have stock of the parts required, we can build a wastegate within a day or two.
If special parts are required to be machined from scratch, the lead time can be up to 3 weeks.
We supply service kits for all of our wastegates and anti-lag valves.
These kits comprise clamps, diaphragms, O-rings (where required). Full instructions are available.
We are also happy to service your wastegate for you – the choice is yours.
