The 40mm Port Anti-Lag valve, introduced in 2021, is based on the successful 30-34mm ALS valve originally designed in 2011 and has been on race-winning cars in Rally Championships and RallyX.
Air from the plenum or compressor (depending on the plumbing used on your engine) is fed into the primaries through a 40.00mm (1.574”) single outlet port.
An alternative to the single port outlet is a 4 port outlet, where air is fed into the primaries through 4 tubes with a bore of 15.80mm (0.622”).
Cold air is fed into the ALS through a Wiggins fitting (Dash 28) with a bore of 42.90 (1.688”).
