40mm Anti-Lag system for Industria solenoid Valves.
Following on from the worldwide success of the standard DSPS Anti-Lag valve, we are pleased to offer these valves, allowing for much greater airflow and optimum tailoring of your anti-lag strategy.
The use of individual solenoid valves to control the operation of the anti lag system allows for the optimisation of your anti-lag control strategy.
Available with a single port or 4 port outlet - please specify your requirement.

NEW FOR 2021!!! - WATER COOLED 50mm WASTEGATE
DSPS Engineering is proud to present a water cooled wastegate, based on the super successful and popular DW1 and SGT wastegates.
Fitted with a 50mm valve, the water cooling will increase reliability further, as well as allowing the wastegate to be operated in ever more hostile conditions.
The image shows the casting covered with a Thermosil Insulation jacket.
This wastegate is available with a standard casting as well.
Ring Outlet ALS Valve
The Ring Outlet ALS Valve is Fresh Air Valve with a single port outlet, Dia 30mm, designed for the highest echelons of motorsports by DSPS Engineering.
A weld flange is provided for simple installation onto an existing exhaust system.
Available with and without a lift sensor.
This valve is often used in WRX, Sports Cars.
Wiggins Inlet ALS Valves
Similar to the single port and 3 Lug ALS valves above, they are also available with a Wiggins inlet fitting.
A weld flange is provided for simple connection to an existing exhaust system.
Available with and without a lift sensor.
Wiggins Clamp and Ferrule to be supplied by customer.
Please specify at time of ordering whether single port or 3 lug is required.

DW1 Wastegate
One of the most popular wastegates produced by DSPS Engineering, the DW1 Wastegate has been used in the highest echelons of motorsports for many years, winning numerous races and titles.
Using a nominal valve size of 50mm, the wastegate is available with any of a large selection of springs.
DW1 - SGT Wastegate
The DW1 - SGT Wastegate has been adapted by DSPS Engineering specifically for use in the Super GT (SGT) and DTM Championships.

Whereas the standard DW1 wastegate had Titanium components, the SGT version does not have any Titanium components. Stainless steel is used instead.
DW1 SGT Sensor Wastegate
The DW1 - SGT Wastegate has been adapted by DSPS Engineering specifically for use in the Super GT (SGT) and DTM Championships.
Whereas the standard DW1 wastegate had Titanium components, the SGT version does not have any Titanium components. Stainless steel is used instead.
Similar to the standard DW1-SGT wastegate, this wastegate is provided with a position sensor, allowing the position of the valve to be monitored and controlled.

WTCC / GT3 Wastegate
The WTCC/ GT3 Wastegate was designed by DSPS Engineering, and has won races and championships around the world.
Using a nominal valve size of 38mm, the wastegate is available with any of a large selection of springs.

Wastegate LW 2018
New for 2018, the Wastegate LW 2018 is designed for the highest echelons of motorsports by DSPS Engineering.
It combines the robust technology developed for the WTCC / GT3 wastegate with a drive towards mass reduction, which has resulted in a lighter assembly, as well as being shorter.
Using a nominal valve size of 38mm, the wastegate is available with any of a large selection of springs

Medium Wastegate - 30 and 38mm Valves
The Medium Wastegate designed by DSPS Engineering has been winning races around the world for more than 15 years.
Available with valve sizes of 30mm or 38mm, the wastegate is available with any of a large selection of springs.
Also available with or without a lift sensor.

ALS (Anti-Lag) Service Kit
The DSPS Engineering ALS (Anti-Lag) Service kits allows for your ALS (Anti-Lag) assembly to be serviced at regular intervals, usually once per season.
Comprising a diaphragm, spring (please specify which spring you require), quad ring, spare O-rings, circlip, clamp and valve stem lubricant, as well as replacement K-nuts, washers and air fittings, everything is provided to allow for a complete service.
Wastegate Service Kit
The DSPS Engineering WG (Wastegate) Service kits allows for your WG assembly to be serviced at regular intervals, usually once per season.
Comprising a diaphragm, spring (please specify which spring you require), clamps and valve stem lubricant, as well as replacement K-nuts and air fittings, everything is provided to allow for a complete service.
Clamps
A wide variety of clamps is available from DSPS Engineering.
All wastegate and ALS assemblies are supplied with V-Band clamps.
DSPS Engineering has also designed and manufactured a bespoke range of V-Band clamps, available in Titanium, Inconel and Stainless Steel.
